Volleyball beats Parkrose in a three-set game

Wilsonville volleyball faced off against Parkrose in their first home game of the season. The Wildcats won the first three sets quickly to secure another win. The Wildcats improved their record to 5-2 (2-1 Conference).

Wilsonville quickly gained a large lead over Parkrose in the first set, winning 25-4. The Wildcats were able to capitalize off of dominant spikes and kills as well as consistent and well placed serves. Parkrose struggled on the receiving side of many of Wilsonville’s serves. 

Despite Parkrose mounting a comeback to start the second set, Wilsonville ultimately came out with a 25-17 win. Wilsonville easily won the third set 25-4 to win the match. 

Senior Ashli Edmiston and junior Makenna Wiepert tallied up numerous kills to help the Wildcats in their three set win against Parkrose. 

The Wildcats play on Thursday, the 16th at home V.S Hillsboro at 6:45pm. Good luck Wildcats!
