Logan Thebiay takes a shot against Parkrose. He scored 19 points in the senior night victory.

Wilsonville finished a very successful regular season with a record of 23-2 and an NWOC record of 13-1 on Tuesday night with a 64-43 win over Parkrose. The senior night W boosts Wilsonville into the playoffs looking to repeat the success they have had in the last few years.

On the last home regular season game Kellen Hartford played in he said. “Senior night was very fun the program does a great job celebrating the seniors while keeping in mind the main goal.” Logan Thebiay led Wilsonville in scoring with 19 points while fellow senior Enzo Chemienti had 12.

For Parkrose KuVarie Davis led the Broncos in points with 14 and had a fantastic second half. Julius Blair came off the bench for the Broncos and shot well in the few minutes he got, dropping nine points all from threes. Hartford also commented on the legacy that he and other seniors left behind. “The seniors have done a great job of helping future generations of Wilsonville basketball players.”

As the champions of the NWOC Wilsonville earned the #3 seed entering the state tournament. They will take on the #14 ranked Central Panthers as Chris Roach and Wilsonville look to keep the momentum from the regular season into the post season.
