Over the past weekend, the 91st Academy Awards took place. Everything from Spike Lee trying to leave to an upset for best picture with Green Book, happened. However, what stole the show was the chemistry between best actress nominee, Lady Gaga, and her co-star, Bradley Cooper. They were the main stars of the famous remake of, A Star Is Born.

Towards the end of the show, the two belted out their hit song, Shallow, on-stage. After Bradley’s first verse, he left his own mic to join Gaga on the bench at the piano. The loving gazes and ever-growing closeness intensified as the performance continued. What was the craziest thing about their loved-up duet was the fact that Cooper’s longtime girlfriend was in the front row watching the entire time…

After being asked of the supposed attraction between the two, Gaga was interviewed over the speculation, “This is a love song, ‘Shallow,’” she continued. “The movie, ‘A Star Is Born,’ is a love story. When you’re singing love songs, that’s what you want people to feel.”

Bradley hasn’t commented yet, but I’m sure he won’t escape this performance when questioned later about it.
