Wilsonville Boys Soccer head into the 2019-2020 season with a strong senior core following the losses of 4 all league players.

Wilsonville comes off a season where they beat a very tough Ashland side in the first round of playoffs. However their season was eventually cut short when they went to visit Central High School in the state quarter finals. 

The team this season is looking to increase the tempo in their play and find more goals which the team has lacked during the last few seasons. The boys are looking for big performances from junior goalkeeper, George Krecklow, and junior striker, Adam Landy. 

The teams open up against the Bend Lavabears who have given the Cats trouble the last couple seasons. Bend is heading into the matchup with the cats with a young team that is looking to regroup after losing a very talented senior class. It should be good match-up for the Wildcats who are looking to hit the ground running to open the season.

This year the Wildcats are looking to win league — a feat that has not been accomplished in the last four years. This is going to be a tough task with the presence of the La Salle Falcons and Hill High. La Salle is bringing back a very talented Junior class lead by striker, Luke Strange. Wilsonville has high expectations every season and this one is no different. The Wildcats hope to bring the first ever soccer state championship to the school.
