Your Wilsonville Wildcats faced off against the North Salem Vikings on an exciting evening of soccer.

The teams were evenly matched throughout the game.  The Wildcats took the lead with 11 minutes remaining in the first half as Nathan Harmitt came through with a goal off of a corner kick.

The Vikings came out of half time motivated and looking for a goal.  Didone Kilongo found the back of the net three minutes in to tie the score.

Wilsonville’s outstanding and energized offense kept the pressure on for the duration of the second half, but couldn’t find that second offensive gear.

The action really heated up in the final ten minutes as each team battled for supremacy, but the game ended in a 1-1 time.

After their second consecutive tie, Wilsonville goes on the road to take on Reynolds one week from today.

The Wildcats will not take field at home until 10/9.
