Wilsonville converts opportunities as Scappoose can’t escape mistakes

The Wildcats won on a chilly night over Scappoose 4-0. They passed well tonight and looked to be on the same page on both sides of the ball.

The Cats overcame the absence of Adam Landy, their premiere goal scorer on this night as well.

They dominated the time of possession and the mental game on this night as well. They were the victors in the first game of NWOC league play. Scappoose (2-6, 0-1) could not escape unforced errors all night. The Cats used these turnovers to solidify a 4-0 shutout win.

Elijah Powlison scored 3 goals on the night and Greg Keswick scored 1 goal. In the first half, the Cats went up 2-0 off of late goals. They converted on corner kicks twice as well. After this shutout victory the Cats are 4-2-3 on the year.

The Cats head to Milwaukie on the fifteenth for their next game.
