Sophomore Wyatt Bedeau has officially been selected to join other members of the Wilsonville Highschool choir in going to Europe next summer. Wyatt is in the Symphonic Choir and the acapella group Soul’d Out. In an interview, Wyatt explained, “I’ve been selected to join a group of about 100 people across Oregon to go to Europe for about 2 weeks, traveling around to different countries singing and showing everyone about music.”

Wyatt mentioned that when this came about he had received an email one day saying that he had been nominated. Wyatt jumped at the chance to travel outside the country and get to do what he truly loves, singing.

When asked, how he felt about the opportunity, he replied, “I’m really excited because it’ll be my second time traveling outside of the country without my parents. I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember. I was in a program called the Youth Music Project and I was in choir from primary school to now!”
