Jake Dougall

“I got into cross country because my sister did and she recommended it to me. I started this summer with the cross country team. At first, I didn’t know anyone on the team they were all upperclassmen. But as ran every single day, I met a bunch of new people. I met new friends and it was really fun both running and talking with people during cross country. We did pretty well as a team at state and it has been a really good way to make new friends.  I will now see people from the cross country team in the halls and we will say hi, people that I didn’t know three months ago.”
