“Some of my interest include soccer and tennis, I also love board game and video games. If I were going to compare my senior vs. freshmen highschool year of soccer, I’d say I began to take it a lot more seriously.

I didn’t start playing club soccer until after my freshmen season, the reason I started was after a little bit of riding the bench, it lit a fire under me. Pushing me to decide that I wanted to take the sport more serious.

Seeing all the seniors back then and now filling that position it feels really good to see how far I’ve come. This year I am also a captain which has been tricky as I’ve had to balance being in a leading position with my own personal relationships with my friends. I want to step up to the plate and hold people accountable, but also don’t want to be an annoyance to my peers.

Soccer is a big part of my life, and being able to have played all 4 years of soccer has been awesome. I hope that being on the team impacts future seasons and pushes Wilsonville farther.”
