The Wilsonville swim team is made up of 26 dedicated athletes and 2 amazing coaches who work hard to make the team the best it can be. Wilsonville swim team is currently ranked #8 in the 5A district. There is a fast, up-and-coming 5A state championship meet in February 2026.
Wendy Porter, the assistant coach, noted
Both the men’s and women’s teams won the conference title. This is the second consecutive year as champions for the women’s and the third time for the men’s. At the triangular meet, the women’s team defeated Maluakie (366-255). On the boys’ side, they swept the Oregon Conference.
To be a successful swimmer, you need to have discipline and never give up even when times get tough, as Wendy Porter puts it.
The Wilsonville swim team is very successful, with plenty of accomplishments that should make them very proud to be a part of the Wilsonville swim team. Their dedication and teamwork in and out of the pool foster athletic ability, discipline, and school spirit, and go beyond high school.
