A major observation in trends of the world of fashion is the resurface of low waisted pants. While now cargo, velvet, and many other fabrics are now coming back into play, we’ve found the cut of pants is now transitioning to that of the 2000’s. This seems to be a recurring theme as many items of clothing and accessories are being brought back from nearly two decades ago.
