The Wilsonville Tree Lighting once again was a huge success. The Wilsonville community came together and put on an amazing performance including Innovative Dance, the middle school choirs, and our very own Soul’d Out Choir! 

Soul’d Out gave yet again, another amazing performance. Songs such as ‘We Three Kings’ and ‘Little Drummer Boy’ were some of the pieces that they performed. 

Kate Thomas, a sophomore, is a part of Soul’d Out choir. Going into detail, Thomas exclaims that “My favorite part was being there and performing with some of my closest friends.” Thomas also explains that she feels that overall the choir did a great job. She announces that “We all were well prepared and I was very excited to perform these songs that we have spent a very long time working on.” 

Connor Nelson, junior, talked about how he felt while watching Soul’d Out perform. He expresses that “I really enjoyed the high school choir performance, I think it was one of their best yet and I look forward to seeing their next performance!” Not only Connor, but many other people expressed their enjoyment while watching Soul’d Out perform. 

All in all, the Wilsonville Tree Lighting was a fun and festive way for Soul’d Out to have fun and show off their talent! They put on an incredible, well prepared show that was fun for everyone.
