“I guess I just want to be seen as a good person who helps people, a friendly person to everyone. I am very helpful, I am a part of study groups where I get to not only help other people with their school work but also grow as a learner. I also enjoy being involved in the school community, I am a big part of the robotics club and Red Cross club. I really just want to leave my footprint here.”

“Wilsonville is a really fun place to be at, there’s a lot of good people and a lot of fun activities to do, good teachers, good extracurricular activities, and clubs. I am on the snowboard team and the MSA club. I try to be very social and get along with everyone. I like to think that I’m a good person. I like to help people. I think my friends would say I’m very fun and energetic and that’s probably how the rest of the school sees me too.”

“Hi, my name is Vivian Ward. I go to Wilsonville High School. I am a junior this year and I’ve been going to Wilsonville for the past three years but I live in Tualatin. I am co-president of the National Art Honors Society. I really enjoy skiing. I enjoy reading and writing, creating art and learning about history, probably my favorite subject. I was born in Wisconsin and I moved out to Oregon when I was three. I have a little brother named George who is going to be a freshman next year. Join the National Art Honor Society because it has definitely grown my passion for art.”

“I came into the Wilsonville community mainly by joining the cheer team. It really helped me get more involved with school spirit and the community, and I enjoy being around my friends and around people. I’m very outgoing and an extrovert, so I really enjoy activities where a lot of people are involved. I share and spread my spirit and positive energy throughout the whole school as well as the community. You never know what someone is going through, and it’s always good to just be kind, because that can go a long way.”

“I started playing football in fifth grade. I had no idea it would lead me to a family I never expected and turn into one of the most important parts of my life. The first time I stepped onto that field, I felt a rush of adrenaline and a sense of belonging that was unlike anything I had experienced before. When I got to high school, I was both nervous and excited to make the varsity team as a freshman. It was a whirlwind of practices, games, and late nights spent memorizing plays. With every tackle and touchdown, I grew closer to my teammates, who quickly became like brothers to me. Now that I’m a senior, I can’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come together. I’m eager to see where this journey will take me next. Each season feels like a new chapter, and I’m ready to embrace every moment with my team by my side.”
