“I’m involved in NHS, which is the National Honor Society, cross-country, and track. Track is probably my favorite. People think running sucks, but it’s more fun than people think it is. Once you start doing it for like a year, you don’t mind it. I picked it up in middle school. I did it for three years and my parents told me I should do it in high school, and I just stuck with it ever since. I love running almost every day. It’s just fun, and fun to do with the team. Our coaches inspire us and keep us motivated, typically doing workouts. While I like track, I’m an also artist. I can do a bunch of different stuff with art, but I’m always trying new things usually; I don’t take classes. I just do it as a little hobby. After high school, I want to attend college and go on a mission through my church. I don’t really care where I go, as long as I don’t have to learn a new language. If it’s a Spanish or English-speaking mission, I’m fine with it. I don’t want to learn a new language entirely. If I have to learn Japanese or something I’d be screwed.”
