“I was having coffee with a friend of mine, and I was just saying like, ‘I don’t know what to do; I don’t know where to go from here; I don’t want to be an admin; I don’t want to leave education, but I’m really good in the classroom.’ Then she was like, ‘Why don’t you go [to] the library?’ just kind of like no big deal. And I was like, ‘Oh!’ And the more I started thinking about it, the more I was like, ‘Oh yeah, that would actually be like the perfect place for me to go. Within a few months of that, I applied for my library masters program and got started.”
