Tigard night of dance is a great night for all dance teams. This night is on Saturday March 8, the week before state in which all the dance teams come together and perform for one another. This is great for the atmosphere for all the teams to just enjoy everyone’s dances and not be in competition mode. This also gives everyone the chance to practice in front of live audience at least one last time before they have to perform on the state floor standing in front of the judges and all the people inside of the Moda center watching before them. Dance is about having a good time and just leaving your heart on the floor, but through competition season many forget what dance is really about and let the competition take a toll on them.
