Once we’ve arrived back at school after Thanksgiving break we had a total of 3 weeks until our progress reports come out. In turn Wilsonville students are having to be on top of their grades and stay ready, and constantly attentive, to make sure they are prepared after these short 3 weeks of time. I myself know I don’t have enough time to put things off because they will pile up and not get done in time for Winter break. I’ve heard from a couple students that this is one of the best times of the school year because it is a super short time in between two big breaks but also at the same time there is just as much work as normal with a deadline at the end. It is sometimes just a part of the year where normal things that you can handle day to day gets a little more stressful. I asked a couple students opinions on what they thought was gonna be hard about such a short amount of time to get their grades where they want them to be and their responses were all pretty simple. They all really had this response that was mostly around doing your work early and as soon as you can, plus staying on top of every class. I know I can’t wait till Winter break because then I know all my work is done and it’s just time for fun.
