Fun events for teens at the Wilsonville library!
Have you been bored after school these past few weeks? Have you found yourself looking for something to do on Friday nights? Well, the Wilsonville library has got you covered! Every Friday from October 6th to November 20th the Wilsonville Library is having events for teens. The events start at 6 p.m. and will last about an hour. All these events will take place on Zoom. You can find the zoom link on the Wilsonville library’s website.
The library is offering many activities. On Friday, October 23rd they will be having the Annual Costume Contest and Murder Mystery. On Friday, November 6th it will be Kahoot Trivia Night! And on Friday, November 20th you can participate in a Digital Escape Room. There are even chances to win prizes through some of the activities!
Since this is a different type of situation and the activities will be hosted on a zoom call, the Wilsonville Library says, “A computer or two devices makes participating in some games easier. Dressing up is never required, but always fun!”
And don’t worry if you can’t make the zoom meetings on Friday night; you can stop by the library starting Tuesday, October 20th through Saturday, October 31st and pick up free teen treats and tricks bags with candy, flyers, and other several fun items.
Not only can you participate in the activities, but you can offer some ideas too. The Wilsonville library has a Teen Advisory Board (TAB) who meets online weekly to plan events for the community. See the Wilsonville Library website for more information on how to join.
If you have any further questions regarding the teen events or the Teen Advisory Board, you can contact the Wilsonville library by phone, (503)-682-2744 or email, [email protected].
