Wildcats pull off dramatic OT victory against OC, 18-17
The girls LAX squad lines up for the national anthem earlier this season. After a challenging pre-season, they captured the win against Oregon City.
In an intense match-up between the Wilsonville and Oregon City girl’s lacrosse teams, each team put up a tough fight, ending in an overtime goal winning the game for Wilsonville.
From Oregon City, Audrey Amendolara scored a total of eight goals. Other Oregon City players , Nova Ceperich, Kasey Hogan, Alyvia Johnson, and Katie Kathan, adding up to 17 points.
Avery Lanz served as Wilsonville’s star player tonight, scoring nine goals. Avery and her team mates, Cailin Gahan, Ellie Grano, Kylie Hix, Maura Schramm, and Brooklyne Waddell, raced to victory, with Brooklyne Waddell scoring the winning goal for Wilsonville.
