On a very important night for two NWOC championship contenders Wilsonville and La Salle both played solid games. Wilsonville played just a little bit better then the visiting Falcons, Zoey Davis led Wilsonville in scoring with 17 points including a couple of crucial buckets down the stretch.

Other top scorers for Wilsonville include Karina Borgen with 12 and Grace Gatto with 10. Borgen and Gatto have both been spectacular player on both sides of the court for Wilsonville.

For La Salle Ella Wedin led in scoring with 16 followed closely by Mia Skoro who had 13 of her own. For La Salle they move to 1-1 in conference play and have their next matchup against Milwaukie on January 21st.

For Wilsonville they have a perfect record (3-0) at the top of the NWOC. This win against La Salle is a great boost for a team that wants to keep the streak of success going in the conference.

Wilsonville’s next matchup is January 21st against Rex Putnam. If Wilsonville wants to be NWOC champs yet again beating the kingsman would be a fantastic step in the right direction.
