John D'Souza, Staff Writer

A junior at Wilsonville High School, John D’Souza is entering his first year with WBN. He enjoys playing piano, spending time with friends, and watching NBA games when he's not writing for school media. John is hoping to make a positive impact on WBN by giving a voice to underrepresented groups.

At the end of the 3rd quarter, Wilsonvilles lead is cut in half to just 5 points. The Wildcats will need a big 4th quarter if they want to protect their unbeaten 3-0 record.

Churchill came out of halftime with a strong offensive presence, forcing Wilsonville to call a quick timeout. Head coach Chris Roche pulls his team together and talks it over.

After a well-fought first half, the Wildcats lead the Churchill Lancers by 10! Strong first half showings by juniors Jacob Boss and Emmitt Fee kept Wilsonville running.
